REGISTRATION IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 1, 2010

REGISTRATION FINAL DEADLINE IS 
    APRIL 1, 2010

 

Please note that the procedure for registering has changed. This change does NOT mean that you cannot contact the Insurance Coordiantor directly with questions or concerns.

Registration forms and Insurance payment must be submitted to the Adjutant of your Regiment (or the Commander if the Regiment does not have a functioning Adjutant).  The Adjutant will check the forms for errors and confirm your membership in that Regiment.  The adjutant will then forward all forms and payment to Jennifer Haines at the address listed below.    

Please be sure to use the appropriate forms provided to submit your insurance for 2009.

       Please make checks payable to: First Division, Army of Northern Virginia

Any check not made out in this way will be returned to the sender.

Please note that ANV does NOT take credit or debit cards.

 Membership packets will be sent to the Adjutant of your Regiment to be distributed to the Company Commanders.
