The Fredericksburg Hospitality House and Conference Center is located in the Central Park Mall Complex.

From I-95 North use exit 130 West on to Va. Hwy 3 West towards Culpepper. Turn right on to Carl D. Silver Parkway into the Central Park Mall.  Turn right on to Commerce Road and follow to the motel.

From I-95 South use exit 130 West on to Va. Hwy 3 West towards Culpepper. Turn right on to Carl D. Silver Parkway into the Central Park Mall.  Turn right on to Commerce Road and follow to the motel.
